Privacy Policy

Datenschutzerklärung. How K&K Sales Systems handles personal data on this website. Last updated 22 October 2026.

Draft for review. This text covers the processing that happens on this page today (application form, Cal.com booking, Google Fonts) and is written for a German UG under the GDPR. Have it checked by a lawyer or a Datenschutz generator before go-live, and update section 5 when Microsoft Clarity is switched on.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. For any question about your data, contact the address above.

2. What we process, and why

Visiting the site. When you open this page, the hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser, referrer) in server logs to deliver the page and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the site. Logs are deleted after at most 14 days unless needed to investigate an incident.

Application form. If you apply for a Sales Diagnosis, we process the data you enter: name, email address, website, monthly revenue band, who sells today, show and close rate, and your free-text answer. We use it to prepare and run the call and to decide whether our service fits your business. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request). If no engagement follows, we delete the data within 12 months of the last contact.

Booking the call (Cal.com). After the form, you pick a time in a calendar provided by Cal.com, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Your name, email address and your form answers are passed to Cal.com to create the booking, send the confirmation and calendar invitation, and run the video call. Cal.com processes data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Cal.com's own privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.

Email and phone contact. If you email or call us, we store your message and contact details to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

3. Fonts

This page uses the typefaces Geist, JetBrains Mono and Caveat. On the live site they are served from our own server; no request is sent to Google when the page loads. If you see this notice on a preview environment, the fonts may still be loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis for the preview only: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and local storage

This page sets no tracking cookies. The self-check on the page runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing. Cal.com may set technically necessary cookies when the booking calendar loads.

5. Analytics

We do not currently use analytics on this page. If we enable Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps, Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), it will run only after your consent via a cookie banner, and this section will be updated with the details and the legal basis (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG).

6. Recipients

We share personal data only with the processors named above (hosting provider, Cal.com) and, where required, with our tax advisor or authorities. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising networks.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Cal.com is based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the EU standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of the safeguards from us.

8. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email konstantinos@k-ksales.com.

9. Retention

We keep data only as long as the purpose requires or the law obliges us to (for example, commercial and tax records for 6 to 10 years under HGB and AO). Application data without a following engagement is deleted within 12 months.

10. Changes

We will update this policy when the processing on this site changes, for example when analytics or a new booking tool is added. The date at the top shows the current version.
